In Findehr we take your privacy seriously. Here we explain what data we collect, why, and what rights you have — without unnecessary legal jargon.

2. What data we collect
- Potential customers: name, company, email, phone, vacancy (when you fill out the form or schedule a call).
- Candidates: CV, professional data, contact and explicit consent to include you in processes.
- Web visitors: anonymous browsing data (without invasive tracking) — see cookie policy.
3. What we use them for
- Answer your request and give you a selection service.
- Send you operational communications (process status, proposals).
- Improve our website and service based on anonymized data.
- We don't sell your data. Never.
4. Legal basis
Legitimate interest (commercial attention), explicit consent (candidates), and contract execution (active customers).We comply with GDPR and LOPDGDD.
5. How long we keep them
- Leads without advance: 12 months since last contact.
- Active customers: for the duration of the + 5 year relationship (tax obligation).
- Candidates: 24 months from last contact, unless you renew consent.
6. With whom we share them
Only with suppliers signing treatment agreement (DPA):
- HubSpot (CRM) · servers in EU
- Stripe (payments) · PCI DSS compliance
- Brevo / Resend (transactional e-mail) · servers in EU
- Google Workspace (mail and calendar) · EU
7. Your rights
You can access, rectify, oppose, delete, limit the processing and carry your data. legal@findehr.es and we respond in less than 30 days. If you think we violate your rights, you can file a complaint with the AEPD ( aepd.es).
8. Changes
If we update this policy, you will see it here with the date changed above. If there are substantial changes, we will notify you by email.
