Why flat price and not commission on salary?
The salary commission rewards raising the candidate's salary, not finding the right one. At fixed rate we charge for work done, not for closure. You know what you pay before you start.
What does it include and what does it not include?
All inclusive: brief, sourcing, telephone screening, competency interviews, technical assessment when applying, presentation of finalists, negotiation support and replacement guarantee. We do not charge extra for travel within Spain or for meetings.
Is there an annuality discount?
You pay monthly, with an initial commitment of 3 months; then you pause or cancel whenever you want. If you pay 12 months in advance, 10% discount.
What if I just need a vacancy?
Match is for that. Single payment, no continuity commitment. If you decide later that you need more processes, we pay the Match to the first month of Crew or Squad.
