Terms of service — Findehr

These terms regulate the hiring of Findehr services. By hiring any plan, you accept these conditions.

1. Services

Findehr offers staff selection services in three ways:

Match · complete selection process (pointing).
Crew · monthly subscription; gives access to membership fee per process (790 € junior profile, 1,290 € senior or complex profile, from 2,400 € managers).
Squad · Monthly subscription with processes included, one active search at a time; additional parallel searches as an optional monthly supplement of €900.

2. Prices and invoicing

Prices in EUR, excluding VAT. The current VAT on invoicing applies.
Timely payments (Match): €490 at the start of the process; the rest, in the hiring.
Subscriptions (Crew/Squad): Recurrent monthly payment via Stripe, with initial commitment of 3 months; then, month by month, with possibility of pause at no cost.
Subscriptions: initial commitment of 3 months; later, cancellation with 30 days notice.

3. Replacement guarantee

If the candidate finally hired by the client leaves the position or is dismissed for objective performance-related cause within the warranty period (90 days from the date of incorporation), Findehr will repeat the selection process at no additional cost, during a single replenishment process.

The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

Dismissal or causes unrelated to the performance of the candidate.
Substantial change in the profile requested after incorporation.
Non-payments or termination of the contract for breach of customer.

4. Customer obligations

Provide accurate and sufficient information about the position and the company.
Respond in reasonable time to the candidates submitted.
To process candidate data according to GDPR.
Stay up to date on payments to keep the subscription active.

5. Cancellation

Timely services: right of withdrawal of 14 days from signature, unless the service has been initiated with express consent.
Subscriptions: cancel when you want with 30 days notice. Ongoing processes are finished.
Findehr may cancel the service in case of default, fraudulent use or breach of trust.

6. Confidentiality

We treat as confidential all the information you share with us (vacants, internal candidates, wage conditions). We sign NDA if you ask.

7. Limitation of liability

Findehr provides a selection service. The final decision to hire is always made by the customer. We are not responsible for the subsequent performance, except as provided in the replacement guarantee.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of conflict, the parties agree to submit themselves to the Barcelona Courts, except where the applicable law establishes another forum for consumers.
