HubSpot Specialist – Email Marketing and Automation

A company linked to the Barça Innovation Hub ecosystem works with a database of thousands of users to whom it sells online courses at an average price of €600. We need someone who knows how to take advantage of HubSpot: we are not looking for anyone who has touched it, but who can master it and prove it.
♪ What will you do ♪
- Design and execute conversion-oriented email marketing campaigns and automation flows in HubSpot.
- Configure and optimize chatbots, banners and any action that allows the tool according to events and user behavior.
- Exploit the existing database to maximize the sale of courses: segmentation, leading nurturing, reactivation...
- Read and interpret HubSpot data to propose concrete actions and make metric-based decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales part of the team, with focus also on the ecommerce channel.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrable and real experience working with HubSpot (Marketing Hub at least); concrete examples will be requested.
- Ability to understand the data and translate them into decisions, not just execute.
- Sales orientation: understand that the ultimate goal is for people to buy, not just open emails.
- Freelance profile with availability to become involved in an ongoing project.
- Valuable experience in ecommerce and in training or online education sectors.
